About Company

Our company was founded in November 2005 by Fang Yi and other graduates from Zhejiang University, a top three university in china. We developed a prototype in May 2006 and then obtained an angel investment from ZhuMing and DuJunHong. Our products release for production in October 2007 and launched Series products in 2008. Due to the concrete scientific research ability and perseverance，we invented Bacup, a charger that can automatically back up your phone’s contacts while charging. Its function includes data backup, recovery and charging. It provides a perfect solution for those who lose or change a cell phone. Most importantly, the whole process is carried out in an "unconscious" way. It has eight patents home and abroad. Bacup supports Nokia, Samsung, Sony Ericsson, Motorola, Blackberry, Iphone, Gphone and other popular cell phone brands. We have over 60 agents and have made strategic cooperation with ZTE, Motorola, LongCheer Holdings etc. We also have Business cooperation with the China Mobile and China Unicom, two telecommunication giants of china. We provide the core technology for China Mobile's 3G project, named 139.com and became the technology supplier for their phone book housekeeper business in 2010.

Team

Our team is organized mainly by the excellent doctors and graduates from Zhejiang University, a top three university in china. They have wide international network and global vision, as well as entrepreneurial experience and working experience in leading companies in IT, investment bank and telecom area. Our shareholders include many business elites, like the founder of Cerberus Mr.Zhu Min, dragon flag CEO Mr.Du Junhong, former global vice president of Webex Company, former CEO of Peking Founder company etc. The founder of our company Fang Yi was honored National Venture Star from year 2007 to 2009, and was selected to be the model of national college students. Fang Yi currently is a member of Hangzhou Youth Federation and chairs the Entrepreneur Union of College Students.
